Fall flavors just made a new best friend. This Pumpkin Alfredo Sauce is so creamy and wonderful, and perfectly flavored pumpkin. It’s made with only 7 ingredients and it’s one your family is sure to love! Pumpkin Alfredo is such a fun dinner idea for the month of October. You can make it and serve it over any noodles you like. What You’ll Need to Make Pumpkin Alfredo Sauce
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup pure pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 cups cooked noodles, ravioli, or tortellini of choice
The noodles you see in the pictures are a Pumpkin Ravioli that I bought at Sam’s Club. This time of year, they have all sorts of fun-themed pasta and noodles so feel free to get creative and use whatever you’d like.
You could also make this pumpkin alfredo sauce and serve it over regular fettuccini noodles and it would be delicious. I’ll leave that decision up to you!
How to Make Pumpkin Alfredo
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter.
- Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- When butter is melted, add the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and milk and stir until the cheeses have melted down. Stir in pure pumpkin.
- Finally, add the garlic salt.
- Serve over prepared noodles and enjoy!

A creamy, cheesy fall pumpkin alfredo sauce recipe!
Ingredients
