Fall is in full swing around my neck of the woods! I love that the air is getting colder, the leaves are changing, and Pumpkin Spice flavor is popping up everywhere! I love pumpkin pie, pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, and these delicious Pumpkin Spice Donut Holes! These donut holes are so yummy because they are moist, bite sized, and coated with a delicious sugary coating! They are so fun to bring to parties and events because people can just pop them! I also love this recipe because it is made with a cake mix, making it easy to gather all the ingredients! Make them with me!

It is the start of the holiday season, and I am so excited! Do you know what your dressing up for for halloween? I already know what couples costume my husband and I are wearing, but you will just have to wait and see what it is!
Pumpkin Spice Donut Holes
Yields 2 dozen
1 box pumpkin spice muffin mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
2/3 cup water
Sugar Coating
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together all the ingredients until batter is smooth. Well grease a mini muffin tin pan. Fill each tin 2/3 of the way full. Bake at 350 for 8-9 minutes, until the toothpick comes out clean. Let the mini muffins cool for 3-5 minutes before removing them from their tin.
Prepare the coating by melting the butter. In a bowl, mix together the sugar and powdered sugar. Then, begin coating. Start by dropping the mini muffin into the melted butter. Remove from butter and roll in the sugar mixture. Then place on a paper towel to set. Repeat with all the muffins.
