Which Air Fryer Should You Buy?
I honestly didn’t do much research when I was looking into brands of Air Fryers. The one I originally wanted, the Gourmia, was sold out.
When I saw that the Instant Pot brand had their own Air Fryer Oven, I was sold! That’s the one I went with from Target, and I have been very happy with it so far!

I now can officially say I think every single person needs to own an Instant Pot Electric Pressure Cooker and an Air Fryer Oven!
How to Make the Creamy Chicken Filling in the Instant Pot
For this recipe, I actually prepared the creamy shredded chicken filling for the Quick & Easy Chicken Flautas in my Instant Pot! Using the Instant Pot is my favorite way to prepare chicken!
The recipe is simple!
3-4 chicken breasts
1 16 ounce bottle la victoria salsa verde
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoon taco seasoning
4 ounces cream cheese
Place the chicken, salsa verde, chicken broth, and taco seasoning in the Instant Pot.
Lock the lid, set the valve to seal, and manually set the pressure for 20 minutes.
When finished, quick release the pressure, remove the chicken from the pot and shred. Reserve about a 1/2 cup of the juices from the pot, discarding the rest.
Stir the juice and the cream cheese into the shredded chicken.
You can use this chicken recipe to fill the tortillas for these flautas, or you can use any shredded chicken you like!

Notes
* I prepared my creamy shredded chicken filling in my Instant Pot. See above in the blog post for the full Instant Pot chicken recipe! Simple & delicious!
* If using already prepared shredded chicken or canned chicken, heat the chicken up first before mixing in the softened cream cheese. You want it to be warm and well incorporated.
