Raspberry Honey Butter
Raspberry is such a classic fruit for the summer months! I wanted to create a recipe that was flavorful and fun that could be used all summer long.
We had a similar Raspberry Butter at Maddox in Brigham City and I knew I had to try to make it myself.
I love how the results turned out! Creamy, sweet, and perfect on top of any roll!
A Yummy Bread Topping
We love to enjoy this Raspberry Honey Butter on any warm bread! Corn bread, dinner rolls, scones, you name it!
I have a classic corn bread recipe on my blog that is to die for! So fluffy and amazing, and with this sweet butter, it’s a real treat!
This butter is great even on toast! I can’t wait to see all the ways you try it!
What You’ll Need:
This recipe only requires 3 ingredients, and an electric or handheld mixer to really get it nice and whipped. You will need:
1 cup butter
1/3 cup raspberry jam
1 teaspoon honey
That’s it! That is all that goes into making this sweet raspberry butter!
How long does it save?
This recipe will keep on the counter for a few days and up to 2 weeks covered in the fridge!
I prefer to keep it in the fridge, then remove it 20 minutes before serving to allow it to soften and be spreadable!
