Sausage Breakfast Sliders
Yields 12
1 package Pepperidge Farm Slider Buns
12 sausage patty’s
12 slices of cheese or three cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sour cream
4 tablespoons Garlic Butter Spread
Salt & Pepper
Preheat oven to 375. Whisk together the eggs, milk, sour cream, and salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 9×13 pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the eggs are no longer runny.
In another 9×13 pan, place the bottom of the Pepperidge Farm Slider Buns. Butter each bun with the garlic butter spread. Place 1 sausage patty on each bun. (if frozen and going to eat immediately, microwave the sausage patty’s for 2 minutes to defrost them before this step. If meal prepping, the frozen sausage is fine). Place cheese on each slider.
When eggs are finished, cut into 12 pieces, round or square and layer it onto the sliders. Finish the top buns with a little more garlic butter spread, and place the pan back in the oven for 5 minutes or until warmed through and melty. Serve them up and enjoy!
(If meal prepping, skip the final step. Wrap each slider up in paper and a zip lock baggy and store in freezer until later use).
