Slow Cooker Bean Dip
I like to use my smaller, 2 quart slow cooker for this recipe, but you can also use your regular size slow cooker too. If using a larger slow cooker, just spread the bean mix across the bottom of the put.
Be sure to grease your crock pot with a little cooking spray before adding the beans too.
I topped mine with green onions and cheddar cheese, but feel free to also add fresh tomatoes, avocados, and/or olives if you want! The choice is up to you!
What You’ll Need For This Bean Dip
- 1 (30 ounce) can refried beans
- 1/4 cup green onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- Optional: diced tomatoes, avocado, and olives
- Tortilla Chips for Dipping
What Tortilla Chips Should I Buy?
My favorite tortilla chips to pair with this recipe are actually from Smith’s. They are the Juanita’s Tortilla Chips in the red bag and they are delicious!
They are well seasoned and crunchy, and I love them paired with this bean dip!
I also like Late July and Tostitos.
You could also dip veggies in this bean dip like carrots and celery if you want a low carb option!
