What is Fagioli?
Pasta E Fagioli is an Italian soup that translates to pasta and beans. It’s meant to be an inexpensive meal with inexpensive ingredients.
The difference between fagioli and minestrone is the variety of vegetables in the recipes.
This fagioli is made with ground beef, onion, carrots, celery, tomato, red kidney beans, white kidney beans, and ditalini pasta.
