Happy St Patricks day everybody! I hope everyone is celebrating and wearing green today! If you don’t have anything green to wear, it’s your lucky day! I have created the perfect St Patty’s Day Green Smoothie for you! Eating green leafy vegetables twice a day is so good for your body and your health! You can always feel good about what you’re eating when you are eating green!
Eating green vegetables helps to add fiber and protein to your diet. It also helps with digestion, energy levels, and gives you the vitamins and minerals needed for overall health! Sometimes it is hard to get the amount of green vegetables your body needs in a day, that is why I love adding them to my smoothies! It makes them easier to eat, tastes great, and you hardly know that it is in there!

🍀 St Patty’s Day Green Smoothie Recipe 🍀
1 cup apple juice (optional: water)
2 cups spinach
1 cup kale
1 green apple
1 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
1 cup mango (frozen)
1/2 banana
1 kiwi
1/4 cucumber
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup carrots
1 cup ice
(water if needed)
I start by blending together my apple juice and my spinach and kale to make sure the spinach and kale is blended down well. Then, I add everything else, the apple, pineapple, mango, banana, kiwi, broccoli, carrots and ice and blend until smooth! Add additional water depending on how thick you like your smoothies!💚
