Alfredo Stuffed Shells
When I was a little girl, I was obsessed with “shells with white sauce”. I would go to my Grandma B’s pantry and look for the blue box with the shells on it and that was what I wanted to eat.
Shells with white sauce were my favorite growing up! I don’t even remember the brand, but I remember loving them.
That core memory from my childhood is actually what inspired this recipe! When I saw the jumbo shells at the grocery store, I knew I wanted to make a grown-up version of my favorite dish.

If you want to use a jar of Alfredo sauce for this recipe, my favorite is the Trader Joe’s brand.
