This Apple Harvest Salad combines all of the best autumn flavors. The base is a spring mix, tossed with an apple cider vinaigrette dressing, then piled high with roasted butternut squash, Honeycrisp apples, feta, pumpkin seeds, and feta.

Also added fresh pomegranate seeds and homemade candied pecans for a holiday touch!
