It has a sweet, chewy blend of rice Chex, golden grahams, shredded coconut, and slivered almonds, all held together by a sticky, delicious coating! I love making this recipe to snack on, share, or even bag up. The options are endless! I love it, and I think that you will too!
Sweet Chex Mix
This is one of those classic recipes that stands the test of time. Year after year, it is still one of my favorites! Made with rice Chex, golden grahams, coconut, and almonds, you cannot go wrong!
I made this recipe as a snack on spring break a couple of weeks ago, and everybody freaked out when they tasted it! I made 3 big bags, and they were gone within a day.
This is the perfect treat recipe to have on hand!

Here’s What You’ll Need to Make This Recipe
- 12.8-ounce box Rice Chex cereal
- 12.8-ounce box Golden Graham cereal
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups corn syrup
How to Make The Good Stuff
- Combine Rice Chex, Golden Grahams, coconut, and almonds in a large mixing bowl. Stir.
- Melt butter, sugar, and corn syrup in a large saucepan.
- Once all the liquid is mixed, pour over the cereal mixture and stir until well-coated.
- Pour the mixture onto 2 large cookie sheets to cool. Stir it around occasionally to prevent clumping. Store in an airtight container.
