Healthy Protein Shake
When making a homemade protein shake, you want it to be both healthy and delicious. I got my inspiration for this protein shake recipe from one of my favorite healthy restaurants in Salt Lake- Honest Eatery.
Honest has a shake on their menu called the Generous, and it’s so yummy! I’ve been wanting to recreate it at home. So I did!
This shake is made up of three parts, the fruit, the sweeteners, and the liquid to help it to blend.
