How to Peel Peaches
The easiest and fastest way to peel a lot of peaches at once is to blanch them!
Here’s how to do it!
- Boil a large pot of water. Choose a pot big enough to fit several peaches at a time.
- Blanch peaches: Lower peaches into the water. Let them blanch in the water for about 30 seconds.
- Place them in an ice bath for a minute to stop the cooking process.
- Peel the skins off with ease with your hands.
