Peach season is in full swing! I have a peach tree in my yard and just this week my peaches finally ripened and they are delicious! I have so many peaches now that I am trying to use up! I love it! My husband goes out every morning and grabs a peach for breakfast! I have never been a gardener, and I didn’t plant this peach tree, but it’s been so fun to have fresh peaches! It totally makes me want to start gardening!
Peach Nilla Dip
8 Nilla Wafer Cookies
1 package cream cheese, softened
2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and cubed or one 20 ounce can, drained
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
20-30 Nilla Wafer Cookies for dipping
Crush Nilla Wafers until finely ground.
In a mixing bowl, beat together Nilla Wafer crumbs, cream cheese, peaches, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Refrigerate until chilled.
Serve with Nilla Wafer Cookies
