What You’ll Need To Make Oatmeal Fudge Bars
This recipe is a dupe of the Starbucks Oat Fudge Bar. They are totally easy to make at home!
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 can (7 oz) sweetened condensed milk

How To Prepare Oatmeal Fudge Bars
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×9 baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light, fluffy, and smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, then mix until smooth.
- Add in the flour, baking powder, old-fashioned oats, and salt, and mix until just combined. Set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals until the chocolate chips melt and the mixture becomes smooth fudge.
- Press 2/3 of the oatmeal cookie dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Pour the prepared fudge over the cookie dough. Then carefully flatten and place the remaining dough in patches over the fudge layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tops become golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool completely on the countertop. Then place the cookies in the fridge for at least 4 hours to allow the fudge layer to set.
