Okay people, this is my first time making a turkey, EVER! I was super nervous about messing it up! But, with the help of Si Fosters “A Bountiful Kitchen” tutorial and much research, I believe everything turned out all right! To follow what I did, first tune into abountifulkitchen.com to see how she prepped her turkey, because I followed her step by step tutorial. I rubbed the skin down with butter, olive oil, and poultry season. I cooked mine in a cooker for 2 hours and served hot!
