Caramel Toffee Protein Powder
This recipe calls for the Clean Simple Eats Caramel Toffee protein powder. This protein powder is only sold online! It’s sweet and flavorful and delicious!
If you don’t have this protein powder, you can substitute it with any vanilla protein powder and use a caramel extract. Caramel extract can be found at most grocery stories, or it is available on Amazon.
Making the Bites
I use a cookie scoop to make the bites all even and the same size! I would recommend that you do this too to keep the calorie amounts the same. This recipe should make 26 balls.
You can also use a food scale if you want to be super accurate with the macros. Simply weight the entire batch of dough, then divide that number by 26. Then, whatever that number equals out to be will be how much dough each bite should have. You know, just for those particular people who like to be exact! I’m an eyeball it kind of a person.
