Either! I actually almost always keep frozen pineapple tidbits in my freezer, so that’s what I frequently use! If you have fresh pineapple, go ahead and use that! It’s whatever you have on hand will work for this recipe!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup Nature Valley Protein Granola
- 1/4 cup Diced Pineapple, fresh or frozen
- A dash of shredded coconut flakes
Instructions
- Mix together the greek yogurt, coconut extract, and vanilla protein powder.
- Top yogurt with granola, pineapple, and coconut flakes.
