If you’re looking for a super easy recipe that’s perfect for Spring, these No-Bake Easter Nest Cookies are just the thing. This recipe makes no-bake chocolate peanut butter cookies that look like little bird nests filled with chocolate mini Cadbury eggs. They’re a fun treat for Easter and so adorable. Let’s make show you how to make them!
No-Bake Cookies
No-Bake cookies are the best! They are so easy to make and they taste amazing! They really are a win win!
I make my no bakes with old fashioned oats, sugar, milk, cocoa powder, and peanut butter. Chocolate and peanut butter are a match made in heaven in my book.
You can also make no bake cookies with shredded coconut, but I am not a huge shredded coconut fan. I’d choose the peanut butter option!
These cookies make the cutest little nest for the mini Cadbury eggs! It doesn’t get any cuter than No-Bake Easter Nest Cookies!
Here’s What You’ll Need
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 2 cups mini Cadbury eggs
Easter Nest Cookies
The cookies are a simple no-bake chocolate oatmeal cookie recipe made with oats and peanut butter. You make the base of this recipe by bringing butter, sugar, cocoa powder, peanut butter, and milk to a gentle boil – then stir in the oatmeal. Feel free to use quick oats or old-fashioned oats.
Then, using a cookie scoop, drop the batter onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Place the candy eggs in the center of each cookie and refrigerate to set. Enjoy!
I like to store the No-Bake Easter Nest Cookies in the fridge in a baggie or air-tight container. I like to enjoy them chilled, but you can also leave them out of your counter too.
