Chocolate Chocolate Chip Banana Bread, let’s get cooking!
What You’ll Need:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup coco powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
3 large browned bananas
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup brown sugar
An egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
Add in the melted butter, oil brown sugar, egg and vanilla and stir until smooth.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix together. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the pan, and sprinkle an extra 1/4 cup chocolate chips on top on the loaf.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from pan and allow to cool completely, 15 minutes.
