Have you ever bought anything in bulk? It is my favorite way to buy things! When you figure everything out, it almost always is cheaper to buy things in bulk! Sure it adds a little extra time and prep on your part, but it is almost always going to be so much cheaper! Just this week, my mom needed a little treat for her Primary class for Valentines Day. When looking at the grocery store, we found a decent size baggie of heart shaped candy, we were looking at close to $5 per bag, and she needed 6 of them. That’s $30 plus tax in prepackaged candies. When we bought the same candy in bulk and made up our own baggies, it ended up being close to $2/bag, and we made up 12 of them!
I bought my bulk candy from Sweet’s Candies, but I am sure you can get it other places too. I love buying in bulk! We also bought our Clear Party Baggies from Amazon. It was $4 for 100 bags, and we will use them all year long! See, buying in bulk again saves you big time!
What are some of your favorite things to buy in bulk? I like to buy candy, rice, beans, chocolate chips, granola, trail mix, and dried fruit to name a few! Leave me what you love in the comments below!
