One of my favorite local Utah brands is KIAVA clothing! KIAVA is known for its fitness and swim apparel and I love the company’s mission statement. They work hard to empower women to be strong and confident throughout their health and fitness journey. I am seriously obsessed with KIAVA and their workout crops, biker shorts, sports bras, and swim! Let me show you my favorites!

KIAVA Crop Tops
My very favorite thing at KIAVA would have to be the sweetheart crop top. It has the most flattering sweetheart neckline with mesh detail and it hits at the smallest part of your waist.
I wear my sweetheart crops weekly because I love how they look with leggings and biker shorts. It’s just so cute, and right now it is offered in so many fun colors!
Other crop tops I like at KIAVA is the fierce crop, and the carefree crop top. The fierce is another fitted crop top with mesh detailing and it has a cute v-neck. The carefree is looser and I love the crisscross straps in the back.
KIAVA Sports Bras
My favorite KIAVA sports bra happens to be everybody’s favorite sports bra from there and that is the endurance bra. It’s so supportive, it has cute straps on the back, and it’s comfortable!
I also love the sweetheart bra, the energy bra, the braided bra, and the runners bra. They have so many good ones!
Kiava does sports bras right! You really can’t go wrong with any of them!
KIAVA Biker Shorts
Probably my second favorite item at KIAVA, next to the sweetheart crop top, is their 5-inch biker shorts! I cannot say enough good things about these shorts, they are just the best!
The biker shorts are so awesome because they are high waisted, they all have deep pockets, and they have a sticky grip on the bottom of the shorts so they stay put during your workouts.

KIAVA Swim
Yes, you read that right! This awesome, female-owned company also does swim!
The KIAVA swims are super cute, super supportive, and super comfortable!
My very favorite swimsuit they sell is the Energize Bikini Top and Sunburst Low Rise Bottoms (pictured above). It so so cute and flattering, and I love the matchy strap detail! It’s also stays put all day long!
Some of my other favorite styles include the asymmetrical bikini, the low-rise bottoms, and the switchback crop which I also wear as a workout top too!
They offer a TON of different swim styles and lengths, including bikini, crops, tankinis, and one-pieces. Their new 2021 swim line launches Thursday June 10th!!
